Steak Rubs

A blend of seasonings, such as fresh or dried herbs and spices make for fabulous flavorful steak rubs. They are used only to add flavor, not to tenderize. Paste-type rubs often contain some oil, crushed garlic or mustard.

You can apply rubs to the surface of uncooked steaks or even incorporate into ground beef before forming patties for a flavorful kick!
