- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup finely chopped roasted red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion
- 2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
