Ingredients:

  • 1-1/4 cups dry red wine, such as Cabernet Sauvignon
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup beer
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

Cooking:

  1. Whisk together all ingredients in medium saucepan; bring to boil.  Reduce heat and simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until reduced to 1 cup, stirring occasionally.
